Placed an order on 05/28/2024 and got a shipment email on 06/17/2024. Today is 07/01/2024 and I still haven't received my order. When I click on the tracking number provided, it says "pre-shipment information sent, USPS awaits items". So it looks like my order was never taken to USPS to be shipped to me. I've emailed customer service three times now and never got a response. Just want a refund at this point..
